The successful candidate will be expected to maintain an ongoing program of creative practice alongside teaching and service. Professional practice should be demonstrably tied to teaching specializations. Engagement with the scholarship of teaching and learning—particularly in creative, applied, and tactile learning processes; arts education; or community arts practices—is an asset. The successful candidate will contribute to a vibrant interdisciplinary arts community in the School of Creative Arts.
The successful candidate will be expected to take an active role in service within the visual arts area, the School, and the University. We are seeking a teaching-focused candidate who will foster a diverse, inclusive, and internationalized classroom environment.
